All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason. All returned items have to be in its original packaging, with all included accessories, and original tags and labels attached. Any missing parts, accessories, or damaged product may incur restocking fees.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is defective. You would have to pay shipping charges for returns for any other reason.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition and quality of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For purchases not made directly through Home Robot’s online store at hobot.us, please contact retailers where you purchase your product for refunds.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Home Robot LLC or our authorized resellers are covered by 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Limited warranty is provided only for the product purchased directly from Home Robot LLC or our authorized resellers. The limited warranty is void on items that are visibly damaged by improper use or for any other reason other than manufacturer’s defect.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Home Robot LLC authorized retailers are handled by our service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise, a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been refunded.
The following items /conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

- customer damaged product
