As we celebrate the start of 2022, it’s important to reflect on last year, the lessons learned, and our goals for the New Year. First and foremost, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to meet so many of our customers and partners. We are here because of you, and through your feedback and collaboration, we are a better prepared team to help you solve your challenges. It has been another difficult year because of Covid-19, and our thoughts are with all of you to stay healthy and safe.

Our goal is to help families spend more time together through outsourcing some of your household chores to technology and freeing up the time to be together. Our highest reward is to hear your success stories and receiving your feedback on how to improve our technology to make your lives better. Thanks in large part to your suggestions and in partnership with our engineers, we were able to launch our new and improved automatic window cleaning robot – HOBOT-2S. This new robot window cleaner is the world’s most innovative and advanced solution to cleaning residential and commercial windows. A feat we are very proud of!

• We commit to excellent customer experience. Our customers are our extended family, and we will strive to do all in our power to make you happy.

 

• To listen carefully to your questions, concerns, and feedback. We want to understand your challenges and provide solutions to them. This is also very important to our organization because it helps us improve future generations of floor and window cleaning robots.

 

• To contribute more to our local community. We support the development of science and technology projects on the Emerald Coast of Florida.

 

• To provide more work/life balance to our team members. Nothing is more important than health and happiness of our team. We will not be moving forward without it.
